Books I have read about nutrition and what I recommend you read too..

Since training to become a nutritional therapist I have read a BOAT load of books which have really helped influence my diet and lifestyle changes. I highly recommend if you are lacking motivation to move forward with your skin and your health then you give these books a read, they really put things into perspective!
